Building and Facilities Maintenance-Uganda

The value of a property drops over time because of poor maintenance. When it comes to real estate, depreciation is very cruel to property owners.

In Uganda, one invests much money in a construction projection, raises structures, finishes them and at first glance at commissioning everything looks perfect and very impressive. But unfortunately most times this is the last day the structure looks that nice. As soon as the contractor leaves site, immediately depreciation hits the road on the investment.

This was bothering us (Esa TYtans Uganda) for a long time as contractors in the construction industry and our good work have been going down the drain at times due to poor handling of property immediately we hand over. We thought over it and came up with something that has helped our clients keep the value of their property.

We considered maintaining property for our clients. We considered building and facilities maintenance. Here, we make sure that the building remains as good all the time. ESA TYTANS Uganda does repairs and cleaning: roof repairs, plaster repairs, terrazzo, tiling, plumbing and fittings, furniture and fittings, electrical, securiity systems and I.T, glass works, ceilings, air conditioners, fire systems and others.

By doing this, our client is able to keep the value of the property and also occupy a comfortable space, It is always a good idea if you think about it.
